Last Day in HK

I’m leaving Hong Kong tonight for Paris. I am freaked the fuck out about arriving in Paris, even though I can actually put together somewhat intelligible French phrases — unlike my utter lack of Chinese. Yesterday, I spent the day and night at a spa in Shen Zhen, China, cobbling together incorrect Mandarin expressions, combined with what probably appeared to be a retard playing charades.

The plan is to take the RER, the train to the suburbs of Paris (i.e., ghettoland), to meet my friend and stay with her for the first few days. This will cost me some amount of Euros that I have not even procured yet. Money has been such a big issue recently, considering I am at negative dollars right now. (I owe some of my friends here in excess of $400 CAN.)

Paris, here I come: broke and already humbled.
